Orders can be returned for a refund within 15 days of delivery.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

We offer FREE returns and exchanges for our Compression Gloves for US customers. For Canadian returns and exchanges, there is a $15.99 return shipping fee.

To process your return or exchange, please go to the link on your confirmation email. If you can’t access the portal or are having trouble locating your order confirmation email, please contact us at support@graceandable.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges processed through our return portal. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Please have your order number and the email address used to place your order.

Order numbers are case-sensitive. You can find your order number in your shipping confirmation email.

We will provide a free shipping label to send back your items. You can ship the return from any USPS post box or facility.

You will receive an email with the tracking information for the returned or exchanged item.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for returns or exchanges, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, and include the original packaging.

We understand that you need to try the gloves to determine if they fit. That is ok, but if your product comes back USED or WORN, we will not be able to refund your order.

Once we receive your package, we will process your refund or exchange per this policy.

Original outgoing shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Please allow 5-7 business days for that to be completely processed.
